Not my top place to get a mani-pedi, but my 8-year-old loves the pampering and feels like a big girl. It's changed since I first brought her there 4 years ago. The stations are rented out to independent nail techs, so don't bother calling the main number to make an appointment.
Elle & Co. is such a beautiful beauty bar located in Flatbush, Brooklyn. They actually allow you to rent out the salon for private events. I had the pleasure of attending a birthday party here. IT WAS A GIRLS DREAM! The decor was pretty and pink with tons of flowers. The venue also has a garden in the back. I would definitely have an event here.
