I recently used this company for A) my daughters prom dress and B) to dry clean two dresses that have been store for over 20 years. My daughter loved how her dressed turned out out and the owners took the time to communicate how her dress was delicate and found a safe way to alternate her dress and ensure it kept its integrity to be able to make adjustments at a later date if my daughter wants. As for the dresses that were kept in storage she did a PHENOMENAL job in restoring it and removing stains that I’m unsure how long they were there. I can now happily reuse
these dresses into their second generation and hope to make lasting memories. Thank you!
I brought my coat here for dry cleaning and repair based on the reviews here, and I’m so glad I did. The elastic cord in the hood of my puffer coat had worn out, and Susan replaced it using the coat’s original fasteners—it looks amazing and like new again. Susan did an amazing job alternating my corset piece (which is so complicated with all the boning). She is super friendly, hard-working, and delivering above and beyond. Highly recommend it!!
