I recently saw Dalal Awad PA when i was sick with what i thought was the flu. Another urgent care told me it was likely a virus and sent me home after a negative covid and flu test. The next day I went to CityMD and saw Dalal Awad. She listened carefully. she never made me feel like “you’re the patient, i’ll tell you what’s going on”. she considered what i’d found online to indeed be a possible cause. i had to travel to the west coast for work the next day despite feeling really sick. Every person I spoke to from the front desk to the examination room during my visit to this facility yesterday was disarming, helpful, and attentive. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at the doctor’s office. 10/10.
Didn't have a bad experience on my visit, they did everything they could to find out what the issue was before they sent me to the ER. All worked out well, but CityMD was nice enough to write me a letter to take to the ER to make sure I didn't have to wait.
