I went in at right before they closed and they took me in with no problem. They went above and beyond to help me and find out exactly how to diagnose my problem. Even tho I was the last patient before they closed they still took there time and wasn’t rushing. My daughter was also with me and they was very friendly with her, gave her toys and stickers to keep her entertained. It was my first time there and I must say it won’t be my last. The place is also very clean and children friendly with a small play area for little kids.
Center urgent care of Kings Highway was excellent! Quick and efficient.Their staff was so professional and pleasant. Facility was clean and modern looking. All in all an excellent experience. I was pleasantly surprised. You don't find service on this level in most things today. Keep up the great work.
I was a little skeptical cause I walked in and nobody was in the front but then the PA came out and informed me that reception was in the restroom. Once we got the registration process completed the visit went very smoothly. The PA was amazing. She handled my son's issue with care and empathy. I just forgot to request a visit summary. At this point I don't think I need it.
