We moved from NY to NJ and miss NY terribly. Things just seemed to work better and quicker in NY than in NJ. We had a terrible experience trying to find a contractor to repair our floor and closets as well as to install towel racks and shelves. Every time we called contractors in NJ, either they didn't answer the phone or they did not show up after agreeing to do the work. They never called to say why they weren't showing up either. After meeting with several renovation companies, we chose to work with Lawrence and his company, Bolo Clean. Lawrence presented the most cost-efficient option for our kitchen renovation in the Upper West Side in NYC. He is also deeply knowledgeable in the field. Lawrence met with us at our house to discuss the renovation project multiple times. Lawrence was always willing to give us his opinion regarding colors, appliances hardware, etc. and guide us throughout the process. Bolo Renovations did a great job painting my large apartment. They were meticulous and knowledgable. Lawrence is lovely to work with, and his painters were also very courteous and responsive. They finished the job on time, respected the building rules, and left the place spic and span.
