Their initial response time is great and someone comes out and does a 3-D rendering of the project, but after that it lost it for me. I got emails for weird zoom meetings and I asked if someone was actually going to come and do consultation in person and they said they would do it after the fact. When I finally got the zoom meeting set up and the time zone was set for the Philippines. It seemed very disorganized so I bowed out.

My experience so far concerns the planning stage. I was contacted by Charmaine from Bamboo and she was very easy to communicate with. I felt she understood my vision regarding my shower remodeling. So far I have met with the designer, architect and Charmaine and I felt comfortable with all concerns. We spoke of many things that would enhance the project as well as ideas that may not be feasible to the project. I did not feel there was any issue that was not discussed, during this meeting. All meeting were conducted via video conference which I prefer. Bamboo was very quick to respond to my request for a 3D scan of our space. They had their camera operator to our property within 48 hours of our request. It took about 10 days from the time of the scan to receive the link to see the 3D scan of our house. After that, we had a phone conference with Jacque, a Customer Success Manager to discuss with her exactly what we want to accomplish with the remodeling project.
