Frankly, my husband and I have gotten tired of the unfriendly staff here. The previous management were polite, warm, and welcoming. The woman there now has a bad attitude and gaslights you when your clothes are ruined. If you’re a Greenpoint resident of many years, don’t come here.

I have used their pickup and drop off wash and fold service for years. They will fix buttons and they get out stains I've had for years. Will continue to use their services for years to come. I have had some items shrunk in the past, so try to have delicate items separated out and laundered separately. Have been great ever since.
