Came on here to check the store hours, and noticed some 1 star reviews and felt the need to share my experience. I bought in a gown to be washed and steamed. After review, they felt they could wash it without issue but unfortunately the dress had beading sowed on in some areas and other areas were glued on. The glued on areas got removed and damaged during the cleaning process. The owner owned up to the mistake, recognizing that they didn't realize some areas were glued on. They then sent it out for professional cleaning and then the owner hand sowed every beading back on. The owner even gave me her personal cell to keep in touch as this took several weeks. Came here to get a new suit tailored and pressed and needed it quickly. My go to cleaners could not tailor it for me in time and recommended I try S and J. I walked over and Cynthia came to the rescue!She explained exactly how she was going to tailor my jacket, buttons needed to be moved,etc.She told me the suit would be ready in 2 days but it was tailored in a day!Great and professional service! I now have 2 professional cleaners in my area and couldn't be happier!Thanks Cynthia!

Cynthia and Eric are wonderful people and so great at their jobs! They are honest, deliver quality work on time (and sometimes before promised date - when the garment is for a special event, for example). I adore them and value this local gem of a business very much.
