Rachel was very professional in handling my dry cleaning. Price was fair. Turnaround time was a few days.Hours of operation have been significantly reduced, leading to some uncertainty as to pickup time. Still, Rachel made her personal number available and otherwise indicated that they are willing to go the extra mile for customers.

Speaks Chinese only, can redo the lining of a coat for a very fair price especially if you can provide your own lining. She's truthful and isn't out to get your money. Highly recommend.
