What a pleasure working with Airflo from start to finish!! I had a bad experience with another window company and was so pleasantly surprised at the care and professionalism of this company. they are honest, hard working and considerate. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of as had happened with the other company. I highly recommend this company!!

We had Airflo fabricate and install custom soundproof storm windows on two floors of our house. Joseph, Gary, and Steve were a pleasure to work with, friendly and communicative, and explained the process thoroughly. The craftsmanship of the windows is excellent. They fit the existing openings perfectly, and blend in aesthetically with the house. The pricing was also competitive, coming in a little bit under the bigger NYC soundproof window companies. I would highly recommend Airflo for your custom window needs, and will certainly be calling them for any future window-work.

My co-op got these people in because they'd previously done good work in other apartments, and they were excellent at mine too. They were punctual, friendly, easy to deal with. Joe visited and explained the options, then once the co-op approved their quote, he came with Nigel too, and they did a great job. But Joe felt it wasn't perfect, explained why, and came back again another day to get it just right, with no further charge.
