Based on the reviews, Montefiore Medical Group (MMG) Comprehensive Family Care Center provides a great experience. The pediatric department offers professional but caring attention. The customer service is professional but caring at the same time. The clinic has a very positive experience with every staff member from check-in to the lab. The front desk lady greeted with a smile and was very friendly. The staff who took vitals kept the conversation going and made patients feel comfortable. The doctor was very interactive, took time to go through history, listened carefully, and made sure every concern was addressed. The doctor is a very knowledgeable and caring physician who spends quality time with patients and answers all questions. The waiting time was less than 15 minutes.
Horrible. You can NEVER call this number and speak to anyone. A representative by the name of Fernanda M. completely mixed up my appointments, canceled the wrong one and never rescheduled my original appointment of concern. Im trying to call the ob gyn office to fix and no one answers the phone. It's so irritating!!!!
Im not sure why they would book me for an appointment today at 8:30am when they don’t open until 9:00am?! It’s freezing out, so I’m supposed to just wait outside?! I’m trying to cancel and they keep telling me to call but the place is Closed. NO ONES THERE!! Ridiculous. Changing my doctor.. This sucks.
The pediatric department is what we need it for our twins. I am very happy with their care and also their attention to our needs. The customer service is professional but caring at the same time to our needs. We are extremely happy with their care Dr. Shankar is great.
