The lack of professionalism and empathy from the front desk was very concerning. We were not given a chance to fully explain our situation before being interrupted and spoken to in a dismissive manner. There was also confusion about directions, including being sent to the wrong floor after being told conflicting information.

In a healthcare setting, basic respect, patience, and clear communication are expected. I hope this can be addressed so future patients are treated with more care and professionalism.

I left this hospital to save my life. Stay away from Dr, Jonathan Samuels of Pathways Center for Comprehensive Care on 3rd avenue 4th Floor. He is obsessed with control, who was weaponizing my disability for his twisted agenda, And he is retaliatory, My appts was always being rescheduled. Bad clinic with bad doctor.

It unacceptable that for months when you choose the español dial options it simply says invalid entry and hangs up on you so you must choose English ......fix that it's been a year +
