They have great service good doctors, but some time when you call to make an appointment, they leave you in hold for hours, nobody answers the phone some times, that is in the manhattan location

This is a bad doctor with unprofessional assistants you could find in the NYC. All of her assistants are super rude and don’t know how to treat people.Doctors are don’t know what are they doing and don’t even talk to the patient even no hi/hello. They make your situation worse what we face for our older. Search for someone good for proper treatment.

Everything has changed in this clinic, the best doctors have left and nothing is the same, they give you an appointment for an hour and then they change it on the computer. I think I will change clinics.
