Medalliance Medical Health Services is a Diagnostic & Treatment Center licensed under Article 28 by the NYS Department of Health, with two convenient locations in The Bronx and Upper Manhattan. Medalliance is a full-service, multi-specialty medical center and Level III Patient Centered Medical Home that provides a wide range of services, including Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Gynecology, Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, Medical Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Neurology, Orthopedic Surgery, Spine Surgery, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Physical & Occupational Therapy, Interventional Pain Management, Urology, Vascular Surgery, and Interventional Radiology. Patients have expressed great satisfaction with the staff at Medalliance, describing them as kind, friendly, and professional. The facility is praised for its ability to provide prompt appointments, even for specialist care. Patients also appreciate the convenience of having all their medical needs met in one place. Medalliance has a strong commitment to serving the underprivileged community, and was the first in the area to establish an HIV clinic with a private entrance to respect patient privacy. The center offers a wide range of services, and patients have shared positive experiences with specific providers, such as the detail-oriented primary care physician, the skilled orthopedic and dermatology PAs, the experienced neurologist, and the effective physical therapist. While patients may encounter wait times, they feel the quality of care they receive is worth the wait.
I want to start by saying that the doctor is very professional and skilled. I previously had two procedures done by him at another clinic, and my experiences with him were always excellent.
Unfortunately, the front desk staff, Erika and Maria, completely ruined this experience. They spoke to patients with attitude, showed no empathy, and were not helpful at all. They are not properly prepared to work in customer service or patient care.

The phones at Med Alliance should be disconnected. I say this because no one is available to answer the phones for their patients. The phones just rings and puts you on hold. There is no one to confirm your appointment with. They say they care but never available for their patient's over the phone.
During my appointment with my pain management doctor, I was called into the management office to discuss my previous feedback.

If you are someone who values the importance of time, I would never recommend this place. I came in for a neurology appointment scheduled for 1pm and I didn’t see the doctor until nearly 5pm. After 2 and half hours waiting I began to get agitated and inquired what was the reason for scheduling appointments if patients were not going to be seen in a timely manner. The receptionist then explained their boss (administrators) have them fill in every hour with as many patients regardless if the doctor is available to see patients for the time scheduled.
