“I love this place. My A1C came down to 5.6 only being with Boulevard Nedical Health Care from December 2025-June 2026. The staff is the best I've had. I'd highly recommend. I'm glad that when I asked a dear friend who is her primary care doctor , she mentioned Dr Nirmala Tummalapenta. I booked an appointment immediately. I just need to continue to maintain An A1C of below 5.7

“Dr. Diane Valencia was a great doctor. I was treated today in her NYC office and I received excellent medical care and treatment. She went above and beyond and did Xrays on both of my feet and helped to diagnose and treat my severe foot pain. I was also given medical equipment to help stop my foot pain and given a clear medical plan to treat my pain and foot condition. “Both Whitney and Dr. Raman were very friendly and helpful. My X-rays were explained thoroughly and in addition to the boot I was given, I was taken through additional mobility options (crutches, cane, etc.). I would recommend an automatic door be installed, though, as I arrived in a wheelchair and it was a bit difficult getting through the door. Would recommend for all your foot needs!“

“The bottom of my foot has been hurting so much so I decided to make an appointment to this podiatrist close by. I was able to get an appointment within a few days which was great. Upon walking in the place was clean. Front desk lady was friendly. The doctor was great. Took X-ray and was very attentive to my questions and concerns. Definitely would recommend this place. Seems to be neighborhood foot podiatrist doctor.

Four months of limping due to pain in my foot became unbearable. After seeing a doctor who said I needed surgery, I sought another opinion from
Dr. Hagen. It only took a phone call to her office to change the trajectory of care. Dr Hagen called me back within a half hour (while she was on vacation) to listen to my problem. She arranged for me to have an MRI of my foot to find the cause of pain. The very day I had the MRI, Dr. Hagen called me with results to say I did not need surgery.
