“I visited Hudson MD today and I have never experienced such wonderful care during a check-up. Dr. Ludmila Gudz took her time, examined me in great detail, and it was clear she genuinely wants to understand everything and ensure nothing is overlooked. She listened so attentively, offered thoughtful advice, and even said that because I had some issues in the past, it would be good to monitor them just in case.

Her assistant, who did my bloodwork, was absolutely amazing. I usually suffer from panic attacks whenever I have blood drawn, and in the past it has always been painful and left me feeling unwell. But this time, for the first time in my life, it didn’t hurt and I felt completely fine afterwards. The whole team supported me so kindly and compassionately — nobody laughed at my fear, instead they truly cared and helped me through it.

The staff overall was fantastic — everyone was friendly, joking and laughing, which made the visit feel warm and comfortable. I left the office with a smile on my face. It was especially nice to find out many of the staff are Ukrainian — I truly felt at home.

“Vigor is such a top notch PT center. Dr. Mark has literally changed my life. A little over a year ago, I had a debilitating back injury. After being referred by a friend, began my wellness journey. Using a combination of dry needling, massage, stretching, cold laser therapy, as well as targeted light strength training, I made a complete recovery! Dr. Mark is very responsive, helpful and adaptable in our sessions. Once my healing was almost complete, we transitioned into additional exercises strengthening my core. I am literally in the best shape of my adult life now, giving me not only more confidence, but the tools I need to continue my fitness journey. I was skeptical of dry needling as acupuncture never seemed to work in the past, but wow I am a believer now! Dr. Mark truly listens to any concerns I have and is almost like a detective - every time I have a tweak he will work to find the source of it (like some random right nerve) and use a needle or massage to heal it. “Staff was friendly and professional as was Dr. Glass who was attentive and knowledgeable. He resolved both my kids' ingrown toenail issues - distal/tip and proximal/base - with minimal pain, talking us through the process to manage expectations and what to look out for should it recur. Numbing injections were used for the proximal correction and nitrogen spray for the distal. It was completed efficiently and cleanly. 2-wk follow-up appointments were scheduled prior to leaving, to ensure healing process is on track (good-to-go). Received a follow-up call 4 weeks later to check to see if the proximal case needed to be revisited (boy, do they know they're timelines!) - which it did. Wishing they took our new insurance as we wanted to go back for surgery to correct the issue for good but since they're now out-of-network, ended up scheduling elsewhere closer to home. We'll see how that goes, but I would definitely go back to them if we could! Only thing challenging about this location is the street parking (meter), if you can find one. Best to have someone drive you and wait. They're pretty quick on service anyway.“
