Short term strategy - Long term success!I've had several procedures at Gotham Footcare to correct complex and chronic conditions including tendon damage. Following the procedures, physical therapy with Dr. Jared opened my eyes to the critical importance of following his disciplined exercises. I was not taking PT as seriously as my condition. Reducing inflammation and pain requires commitment. I learned this the hard way just navigating subway stairs. Dr. Jared got me back on track just in time for the upcoming spring and summer-time fun!
