After knowing one of their technicians Logan for years. I made a phone call last Friday to the office to explain our situation. When talking with Steve, he shared that his mother suffered from COPD as well and understood what was going on. He came out Monday morning, and provided us with a great price. The central air unit was installed Thursday. All three technicians that were on site along with Steve, and Kim in the office were wonderful to work with. It is refreshing to see such great customer service and compassion. Would highly recommend doing business with them.”
