After waiting for a tree service to come for literal months, we were set with another company who, the day of the tree cutting canceled so my husband called Broken Branch. They came hours later for a quote. They came within three weeks, did the job for over $1k less than my lowest bid and they actually did more than the other companies I was set up with. I wish we found them first. The crew did a fantastic job, respected our property, and even closed our back gate when they left (which doesnt sound like a big deal but they had to wrap it with chains to close it and I appreciate the effort so I didnt have to trudge through in the snow).
They do not rip people off. The prices are absolutely fantastic. I had one company who was trying to charge 4k per tree and was going to use a crane to lift the pieces OVER my house. With broken branch, I felt safe the whole time (the trees were right next to our house) and my kid had fun watching them work their magic.
We will for sure be calling again when we need more trees cut down and recommending them to anyone in need of services.

The company sent a repair person up, within a hour of my call. He removed a shower valve, that was the most difficult one that he has ever seen. He completed what was required with no damage to the valve assembly after a chiseling out the valve. Work was good and price was reasonable. Will be doing more business with them in the future.
