I also enjoy her calm energy, which is so important when trying to relax during treatment. We hired Eric and Comstock to help build a new covered patio with a full kitchen and bathroom. The project required many decisions and Eric worked great with us in providing guidance on how to best utilize our space. He was responsive and thoughtful about ways to minimize costs throughout the project. Eric also has a lot of experience working with our town and managing the permit process. We love the finished product and everything turned out great. Would recommend Eric for your next project that requires creativity, customization and new build -- basically more than your run of the mill project, although I'm sure he would be happy to assist with those too!

I had an excellent experience at Dr. Battista’s Office! I called with concerns about tooth hypersensitivity, and they were able to see me the very same day, which was such a relief. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt comfortable right away.
Dr. Battista was wonderful, very attentive to my needs and took the time to explain everything in detail. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated how they made sure I understood the treatment plan and what to expect.

I have used Chris on several occasions and every time I am extremely satisfied with the experience. Chris is hardworking, honest, neat worker, and also a really a nice guy. He really knows his stuff. He also knows how to do it right, and doesn't shortcut things.He's done all the jobs that I've asked him to do and while working on a job, if he sees something that doesn't look right or thinks it should be replaced he'll point it out and provide options. His pricing is fair, and he does great work and stands behind it. I feel like he treats every job as if it was his own house, I think he takes great pride in his work and it really shows. He just does the right thing. He'll take a shortcut if you ask him to, but he'll tell you why you shouldn't do it and what you should do instead.I trust his opinion, I'm very satisfied with his work product. While I would not hesitate to call him again if I need any work, I hope not to have to see him for a while. I highly recommend Chris for your plumbing needs.Edited to add, The fact that Chris has 25 five-star reviews on Google and zero one-star reviews, where people are notoriously quick to post negative reviews is telling. He really is probably the best plumber in Westchester!

I saw results for my underarms and bikini after the first sessions. Bikini took about 5-6 treatments with fantastic, long-lasting results (going on 5 years). So glad I found her! My overall experience at Royal Nail and Spa truly exceeded my expectations. I took a break from getting my nails done due to damaging them from other locations. But I had an event coming up, so I wanted to treat myself.
All the staff members were extremely nice and accommodating. They completed the service exactly how I wanted it-in a timely manner.
The salon was clean and had a great atmosphere.
At most places, I leave regretting had spent so much money. But at Royal Nail and Spa, it was worth every penny!

For years, we relied on Ray of Westchester Gutter Cleaning, and when he sold the business to Ned's Home, we were a little apprehensive. We shouldn't have been. The level of service has remained top-notch. Our home is over 20 years old, with a steep, pitched roof that's a nightmare to work on, but the team handles it with incredible speed and skill twice a year. Recently, they've also helped us with some major upgrades to our aging gutters, which was a huge relief. We've since expanded our use of their services and are just as impressed. They do our window washing, dryer vent cleaning, and roof/whole home power washing at very reasonable rates. We love that we can bundle services and save even more. Highly, highly recommend!
I have had several cleanings and an alteration done here. The staff is professional and friendly. I cannot complain about any service received. Pieces were ready on time. I appreciate that they ask when you need your items as well when you drop them off.

I was hired to help prepare a 100 year old townhouse for sale. It had been vacant for two to three years and needed some sprucing up. Never having owned a home, but being a life long NYC apartment dweller, I was nervous about the process of finding the right people to do everything that needed doing. Thank goodness I found NYC Brownstone first. Jack and Justin and their team are experts, honest, professional and responsive. Jack met with me and went over the entire 7 floors and we talked about what it made sense to do and what it did not. There was a leak over the door to the patio on the 2nd floor that turned out to be a big deal and was coming from the patio on the 3rd floor. The ceiling had to be ripped out and the patio pavers on the third floor had to be ripped out. Jack saved us $12K by suggeesting we not re-pave the patio, just leave the waterproof membrane once it was down since it looked good and the new owners would no doubt want to re-do it to their taste. Their crew was there for over three weeks and I got an email every evening with a report on who had been there and what had been accomplished. The work site was spotless, floors and woodwork were meticulously protected, everything was cleaned up every night. Six months later, when the place was finally staged, we discovered mold on a wall. I called NYC Brownstone and they were there the next day. Well, that turned into a leaking waste pipe buried in a brick wall. Once again, Jack and Justin and the team are as responsive, professional and organized as before. If I ever win the lottery and buy a brownstone, the first thing I will do is sign a maintenance contract with NYC Brownstone.

We recently celebrated my daughter Lucia’s 7th birthday here and I can’t say enough wonderful things about the experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel completely welcomed and at ease. The space is cozy, thoughtfully decorated, and had just the right balance of fun and relaxation for a group of excited kids.
The level of attention to detail was exceptional—from the robes lined up perfectly for each child to the sparkling table setup and the well-organized activities that kept everyone engaged and smiling. Fabiana was absolutely amazing—warm, attentive, and so good with the children. You can tell she truly enjoys creating magical moments for families.
The team of young ladies who worked the party were wonderful with the kids—patient, kind, upbeat, and incredibly professional. They kept everything flowing beautifully while making sure every child felt special and included.
This is not your typical commercial party place—Bella Maiya offers something much more personal, calm, and heartfelt. It felt like we were guests in someone’s beautifully curated home rather than just another birthday slot on a party conveyor belt.
If you’re looking for a unique, non-commercial, and joy-filled space to host your child’s birthday, I highly recommend Bella Maiya. Lucia had the time of her life (and so did her guests)!

When we were renovating our Kitchen, we searched high and low to find a particular floor look I had envisioned but couldn’t find anywhere. Terra was our last stop and should have been our first. We met Sophia Multari and she understood instantly the look we were trying to create. She not only had the flooring we were looking for but helped choose the backsplash, the cabinet colors and the countertop too. Terra has it all and Sophia is a brilliant designer. She also pointed us in the direction of their fabrication shop to find a very specific stone look we needed for our bathroom for the top of the bathtub & the saddles in the shower. I can’t believe the months of anguish we spent going to other places including stone yards for remnant pieces and other tile shops when all we had to do was click our heels and come to Terra Tile. Prices comparable and just not worth the headache of sourcing around when Terra has it all.
Absolutely love this salon! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by Valerie and noticed the clean space. Jess really took the time to listen to what I want. She gave me the perfect cut and color- better than I imagined! To top it off, Jess gives the most amazing, relaxing scalp massage. I'd been to multiple hair salons, but I will drive an hour to get the perfect hair care. Highly recommend!!!
Been going here since they opened many years ago. Great staff and a very consistent haircut. Alex, Israel, and David are all great barbers, so it doesn’t matter who does the cut. Plus, they’re open on Sundays!

Excellent service! They came in to service my unit, and within minutes it turns out it was a much bigger problem! They walked me through the issue and what had to be fixed. They showed up in their scheduled window and went to work! My layout is interesting, to say the least, so there were some hurdles where they need to be creative. I never knew my house could maintain the cool temperatures like this in the summer, especially with the heat waves! Thank you Scott and your team!
The mix of high+low reviews here is perplexing, but I can only speak to my own experience. I am so grateful that I found the Animal Health Center/Vet Village -- they gave us extraordinary care. My dog was in acute distress and I had seen 3 vets within a week, including a world renowned ER in Manhattan. All of them could tell me that something was wrong, but were not able to diagnose. All referred me out for further testing at providers that didn't have availability for months. Eventually I found the Animal Health Center/Vet Village. Dr. Haroush quickly assessed my dog, got him in for tests immediately, and within hours was able to consult with a neurologist, run tests, and provide a full diagnosis. He kept in touch day by day about progress, options, and financial implications. The vet tech and admin staff were kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. Dr. Haroush definitely has alpha surgeon energy, and is laser-focused on animal welfare, and less on sugarcoating things for the pet parent. I can understand if this style doesn't click for everyone. But I trusted his expertise and actually found him to be very compassionate. I see many comments here that say this clinic is expensive. It is, but so is vet care everywhere (again, in my experience. And we may have many factors to blame for that: I had already paid an incredible amount at other clinics that yielded no results. I paid a lot here too, but got the service I paid for: timely results, communication, and personalized support. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs full service and is struggling to find it.
