Sophia at Terra Tile is truly the best. She is incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and well-versed in every tile line she carries. She consistently goes above and beyond—not just for me, but for my clients as well. Sophia is responsive, detail-oriented, and always willing to take the extra time to ensure selections, specs, and timelines are right. Working with her makes the entire process smoother and more enjoyable, and I genuinely trust her expertise. Terra Tile is lucky to have her.
