United Restoration made a very stressful situation almost easy! When my basement flooded, Johnathan came quickly and started work immediately. The team was efficient and effective and kind and Johnathan was easily accessible even on a Sunday. Ian helped navigate the insurance process to make sure it went smoothly. I hope you never need them, but if you do, don't think twice before calling United Restoration!

United Restoration dida great job responding to a flood that soaked the carpet and damaged drywall in our finished basement. Cindi, Jhon and their crew responded quickly and professionally, helping to make the cleanup so much easier for us. I highly recommend them!

Jess and crew did a great job in cleaning up the water damage. Their final invoice cost was reasonable with no surprises. Ian worked my insurance company with patience and I was able to pay the bill with my insurance’s approval. Overall, very smooth process working with Ian on the payment aspect. I will work with them in the future without hesitation.
