I have to say that I’m feeling great after training with Lenny for a few months. He is like a gym teacher - a stickler for form, a fount of knowledge and easy to talk to (plus he really listens). Friendly and nice, normal people at the gym and just a pleasant place to work out. Yeah - totally worth the $100/month!!

Great gym , I was there for few months and I enjoyed everything. Super clean , everything well organized . The owner Lenny super cool and always there to help. Would I love the most , you feel very comfortable right away. Not super big gym but has everything you need. I had to cancel my membership due to my new work schedule and Lenny took care of that right away , not like other gyms where there’s issues ect. Overall once I start working days again I will go go back

I wish I'd discovered Westchester Workout when I first moved to Ossining a few years ago - I love it. Lenny has created a fabulous gym: it has all the equipment you need to keep fit, all of it impeccably maintained, and the environment is friendly, sunny, and very clean. Highly recommend!
