I had an ongoing heating problem that was unresolved after several visits by another hvac company. It was recommended that I contact Carey & Walsh. Helder was amazing! I believe that I'm the luckiest appliance owner having every single appliance including my compressor for over 25 years and everything is still running perfectly. I don't have service calls except one time about ten years ago my compressor wasn't working. I called Carey and Walsh and the nice young man saw that mice had eaten away most of the wires during the winter to keep warm. He replaced the wires and suggested I turn off the circuit breaker to the compressor during that time. It's been perfect since. I'll be calling them in the future for a full service. Our heat stopped working the night before we were scheduled to move into our new home. We called another local provider who, after several missed appointments, told us it would be 7-10 days before we could get heat unless we purchased a brand furnace for nearly $10K. At the recommendation of a neighbor, we called Carey and Walsh who had a tech out within an hour and repaired our existing furnace for 1/10th of the cost. They were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to get us warm again! As a result, they have a customer for life. Thank you!!Service: Heating system repair
