I spoke to Ken on phone, my mom had a leaking pipe. Very kind and said $250 service call but would apply to repair. Fixed leak in 40 minutes which included running to Ace hardware for a part. Charged her almost $700.00! Totally took advantage of an elderly woman. She knows a lot of locals and businesses in Southhold. We will be letting everyone know about his crafty approach. I recommend Miracle to anyone in need of any work done in regards to heat, waste, or waters. They came and were extremely professional and explained everything. I sat with them through the process of abandoning my oil tank, And installing a new oil boiler. Ken, Nick and Brian were up front and helped me out through a rough time. They are family owned, and truly men of their word. They took care of my family, and also my took care of some leaks and issues at my fathers house. Great company and great men.

I Highly recommend Miracle Plumbing to all Long Island. I want to Thank Brian and Nick for coming to my house and repairing my Tankless Boiler. True Reliable and Honest 24/7 service. They explained, educated me and shown me every step of the way why my boiler wasn't firing up and why my water wasn't hot as it should be. I had the regulator, relief valve and mix valve replaced also the aquastat and control that was fried got replaced. Brian also showed me that the pipes got mixed from a previous repair (done by a different company) and he corrected the flow to the coil and out.
