I am a procrastinator and I decided last minute to get graduation invitations for my son. Since I waited till the last minute, I wasn’t sure if I would be able to get the invitations in time. But I called and spoke with Sara Who is very helpful, texting me back daily making sure I liked everything that was done for the invitation. I absolutely love the staff at Nikki’s. I have been going there for a few months now and Natalia does an amazing job. She knows that my grandson picks the colors and we have to have sharp corners for my dog. We joke about it but she always makes everything work. And my nails always look amazing and they last till my next appointment, sometimes 2 weeks and sometimes 3-4 weeks. Easy to schedule an appointment and great atmosphere.

I took my sister here for her birthday. She got acrylics with gel. We booked the last appointment on the booksy app same day and they were able to squeeze us in earlier after we called them. The nails turned out gorgeous and my sister loves them. The staff was very friendly and let me sit with her while she got them done and it wasn't too crowded for a Saturday afternoon. I would suggest bringing cash, they charged my card an extra 10 bucks for the card fee. I also suggest bringing your own salon kit, they charge extra for that as well.
Lee is the best he's nice , & very talkative when he senses that you / I had anxiety. Talked me through & everything. A girl did my blood droplets but he did the base. The normal frenchies was from a guy I don't know anyone names but Lees lol. The orange ones with the black & the frenchies with the design was lees work & he's the best!! Always asks if you like them & if not he will make them shorter , longer or redo the design!! The pedicure portion I only even gotten my toes painted... never tried the spa cause as I stated I have severe mental health issues that cause me to be to scared. But one day I will because my feet neeeeed it !!! The inside is really nice & clean. It does get busy tho:/ Anyways ignore my fat fingers , crappy tattoos & ugly toes.

I just got my daughter and my own hair braided up. First I will start of my saying we are both tender headed. And my daughter is prone to dry scalp. Both my daughter and I have been to other braiders in the area that don't listen and apply so much gel it suffocates your scalp. Nope not Jenna I explained our issues and concerns and she understood the whole assignment. My daughter had inspiration pictures for refernce and Jenna did that and more. She was so gentle my daughter fell asleep. There was no need to take tylenol for headaches. I am so happy with our service I am already thinking of what I want to be done in the future. Thank you Shuna for hiring such a thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable stylist. Thank you so much Jenna for all your care. We will be booking our follow up appointments this week for the rest of the summer.

I’m a single Mom of 2 who hadn’t stepped into a salon for over 10yrs until I was given this address to pick up an item I was purchasing from Marketplace.
I had no idea it was a hair salon and ended up in a conversation with a WONDERFUL woman who worked there “LISA” that I’d made the purchase from.
I explained some of the things overcome to be where I am today and we spoke a bit on that, I also told her that although both my children have had many haircuts over the years I hadn’t had so much as a cheap trim.
I said I knew I’d NEVER be able to afford it but showed her pictures I’d been collecting over literal years in my phone of the haircut and highlights I’d been really wanting to do before I got too old to do it.
She told me the color I was looking for was going to be EXTREMELY difficult as well as like I said usually it’s very expensive.
BUT would you believe this AMAZING WOMAN made me an appointment and even though she worked with me for over 6 hours, (my hair came out PERFECT) she kept her word and charged me only $100 for the whole thing!
I couldn’t have felt more like a PRINCESS that day!

Daniel did an amazing job when I brought my daughter in to get her ears pierced for her birthday. He did a great job explaining the process to her and the placement looked really good. She had a lot of fun picking out her earrings and was having a great time. The pain was a little too much for her and she ended up not wanting to go through with it. He was mid piercing but the second she changed her mind he stopped and he was so kind and understanding about it. She was embarrassed but Daniel was so sweet. She still wants to get her ears pierced someday and we are going to go back when she feels ready.

In December I experienced a major plumbing problem at my home. Roto-rooter was able to resolve the problem by using a high pressure water jet and inserting a liner in the main water/sewer drain. A hugh project! All technicians, Chris, Travis, Joey, Billy and Ryan were friendly and courteous and kept me informed every step of the way. Travis, in particular, went over and above overseeing the entire project. He really seemed to care about a successful conclusion which, thankfully, was achieved. We had a backup in our mainline that affected our 24 unit Sr. apartment complex on a late Sunday evening. We called every company in our local area and finally found Rozen's Drain and Sewer Service. When no one else would come out and help Rozen's did! The service was amazing, the tech was a total professional, the equipment they used was top of the line and the price was lower than other companies used in the past for emergency issues. We have found a new vendor and highly recommend Rozen's for any residential or commercial drain and sewer issues.

The guys from over at Panko were at my home yesterday to do some MAJOR repairs that we had been waiting YEARS to get done. They arrived promptly at 8am, and got straight to work. A job that my household was expecting to end around 5pm, was complete with power back on and household checks complete by 230pm. The crew was amazing. I can’t thank this company and employees enough. When a pipe burst and flooded our basement, they were here within hours of my call. They were highly recommended by a friend and I understand why. Everyone was knowledgeable, direct and personable. They removed our wet insulation, dry wall and flooring and hauled away immediately. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up and checked daily for moisture and further damage. They worked directly with our insurance company- even our adjuster said they were the absolute best.
