Everyone was incredibly kind and helpful, and the installation team did great. New hardwood floors look fantastic, and they worked FAST.
I had some tough questions to answer, and despite it not being his area of expertise, the owner personally came by my house to give me his opinion. He never tried to upsell me - in fact, he asked if I was handy and gave me recommendations for what work I could easily do myself to save money on the final bill.
Unfortunately, scheduling was a pain. I got my quote on 6/2, but it took until 7/7 for them to finally give me a date, and the floor wasn't installed until 7/23.

Overall great experience with National Floor Center. My wife and I spent many weeks considering options and getting samples (lots of choices available) and everyone was very helpful. We also opted to have their installer put the floors in and the installers were also knowledgeable and did great work.
