Prior to yesterday, it had been about 7 or so years since I had been to the dentist for a cleaning and exam. Life circumstances got in the way and as time went on I got more and more terrified at the thought of going to the dentist again. I chose Lalor dental because of the stellar reviews, and they far exceeded my expectations. Melissa was my hygienist and she was wonderful. She was kind, made me feel comfortable and took away any fear I had of being shamed about not going in so long. Everyone in the office was very nice and I am actually looking forward to my next visit with them. Thanks again for making facing my fears not so scary after all!

Dental Emergency wasn't sure what they would tell me i last minute in agonizing pain decided to drive up there they were pretty much closed but had a staff meeting long story short the front desk lady went ahead took my info for their system could see i was in desperate need for help and did in-fact get the help i needed right there on the spot the dr and the entire staff today. Cannot thank this office enough will be coming back even if it means paying out of pocket in full. My mom seen me come back home no pain finally and she as well said shes going to switch to them as well. very helpful, kind and caring staff.

Dr. James, and the staff were excellent. They helped me so much with my tooth trouble and the pain. They got me right in, told me what we could do, took care of it, the billing person Angel came right in, took my insurance info. He returned with my receipt and came back in to schedule my next appointment. The office is spotless. Everyone was very nice, no judgement and No nonsense. All offices should operate like this. Other dentists I called for this problem told me - (if they could get me in) it would be a consultation. They'll have a look, see what needs to be done and if it's an extraction, they refer you someplace else. Another told me they don't accept any insurance...read full review
