I called Roto Rooter the day before Thanksgiving. I expected to wait, but Mitch showed up the same day. He cleaned out my entire kitchen drain, which had decades of build up, taught me about my house's plumbing system, gave me tips on how to easily fix my toilet (it's fine now), and acted in a very professional and friendly manner for the duration of the 2-hour service call.
The cost was very reasonable for the services rendered. In addition, the two people I spoke with on the phone were courteous and efficient.
I give Roto Rooter Binghamton my highest recommendation.

Just a cut pipe with electrical tape to put it back together. He told me what it would cost to install a real clean out valve ( about 600). I know most people don’t have the resources to say yes to that price added to the 475 to clear the clog. He was very efficient and got the job done in 45 minutes. He explained that the pipe from my kitchen… read full review
Within an hour of my call there was a service man at my house. He had the drain cleared and running great very quickly. And, for a reasonable price! Very happy with their service.
