Cost Cutters on Broad Avenue in Binghamton, the girls are super nice, and the young lady that did my hair is the first one that didn't cut my hair too short. Did a fantastic job. There was a lot of people there but they started cutting my hair in about 15 or 20 minutes. I would recommend Cost Cutters.

Loved my experience! Friendly, fast paced, Jamie knew what she was doing and took charge. I knew I wanted shorter hair with highlights and Jamie took the guessing out of it and handled my hair like a professional! She even covered my grays up like I asked her to! My hair looks great, and feels great. Will definitely be going back!Services: Hair highlighting

Took my boys here for cuts. One of my boys struggles to sit still and has sensory issues with haircuts. Their stylists were so sweet and patient with their wiggles and chatted with them during their cuts. They both are very pleased with their new looks! Will definitely be returning here next time!
