Mona Nail & Beauty is a nail salon that reopened on July 7th. They offer excellent customer service and provide high-quality nail services, including pedicures and gel manicures. The nail technicians are professional and talented, able to create intricate designs even on small nails. Customers appreciate the gentle and accurate work done by the staff, and many have praised the beautiful nail art. While the quality of service is highly regarded, some customers have noted that appointments are not always honored, leading to wait times of 15-20 minutes past the scheduled time. This inconsistency can be frustrating for those with busy schedules. The salon is clean, and the staff is very friendly, making it a welcoming place to visit.
A great place to go! They are very detail and customer oriented, they want to make sure you leave satisfied. I find that they don’t just dip or paint, they really make sure that they’re paying attention to all the details of what you ask for and/or came in for. They have so many color choices and many services to choose from. It’s my favorite place to go! Get the gold pedicure and dip powder nails!!
So frickin awesome. They are so gentle and take their time. Very nice and accurate with their work. This was the best place I’ve ever been too, will definitely be coming back. Hands down the best in town!
I am new to the area and needed to find a new nail salon which is always difficult. I reviewed Mona’s Nails and after reading great reviews and it being so close to where I moved to I was able to get an appointment Saturday morning. I met with Alice and she was lovely and took great care of my nails. I will definitely go back and see Alice. Thank you for a great first time.
