5628 Broadway, Bronx“Losing our father was one of the hardest experiences our family has ever faced. In the midst of the confusion, sadness, and overwhelming decisions that come with planning a service, Williams Funeral Home became our anchor. From the very first phone call, we felt not only cared for but genuinely seen as people navigating deep grief.
Two individuals in particular, Anthony and Skyler, went far beyond what anyone could have expected. Their compassion, patience, and professionalism turned what could have been a painful, stressful process into one that honored our father’s memory in the most meaningful way possible. From helping us understand every option to taking time to learn who our father was, they treated our family like their own.
Anthony guided us through each step with such gentleness and understanding. He made sure every question was answered, every detail double checked, and every concern addressed, never once making us feel rushed or like a burden. His empathy and attention to detail gave us a sense of peace we didn’t think was possible during such a difficult time.
Skyler was equally extraordinary. He took the time to arrange every aspect of the service exactly how we envisioned it, even going out of his way to accommodate special requests that reflected our father’s personality and spirit. His calm demeanor and steady reassurance made us feel supported throughout the entire process. It was clear he wasn’t just doing a job, he truly cared about helping us celebrate a life well lived.
What touched us most was the genuine kindness and personal attention from everyone at Williams Funeral Home. They never treated us like clients; they treated us like family. They went to great lengths, both emotionally and practically to make sure we were comfortable, informed, and surrounded by care at every turn. Whether it was helping us choose the right arrangements, coordinating with the funeral home, or simply checking in to see how we were coping, Anthony and Skyler were there without hesitation.
Williams funeral home itself is warm and welcoming, but it’s the people who make Williams Funeral Home so special. Every conversation felt compassionate and sincere, every detail thoughtfully handled. The entire team seemed to understand that grief is personal and that honoring someone’s life is sacred. They carried that understanding through every interaction, big or small.
In a time when everything felt uncertain and painful, Williams Funeral Home and especially Anthony and Skyler provided a sense of comfort, dignity, and peace that we will never forget. Their dedication, compassion, and professionalism went far beyond our expectations, and we will always be deeply grateful for the care they showed our family.
If you ever find yourself in the heartbreaking position of needing funeral services, I can say with complete confidence that Williams Funeral Home is a place of true compassion and integrity. They helped us honor our father beautifully, and for that, we are forever thankful.
Sleep easy Dad, (Horace Pace) It’s not good bye it’s see you later.
Sincerely,
The family of Horace Pace“

3489 E Tremont Ave, Bronx“I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience at Sisto Funeral Home. First and foremost, this establishment exemplifies peak performance in customer service and compassionate care. The facility is always impeccably clean and looks grand, as if it is ready for a grand opening at all times. I had the privilege of working with the funeral director, Ralph Faiella, who displayed professionalism from our very first conversation and demonstrated a genuine sense of empathy for the loss of my loved one.
There were no gimmicks involved; Ralph was straightforward and honest throughout the process. In my effort to make an informed decision, I visited approximately 25 other funeral homes, but ultimately, I returned to Sisto. Ralph set a high standard that others failed to meet.
Upon arriving at the funeral home, I was also greeted by two other gentlemen in the office who were equally welcoming. Although I regret that I do not recall their names, I recognize that this is a family-run business, and these gentlemen are essential in maintaining their outstanding customer service. Ralph guided me through the entire process, remaining communicative and informative at every step.
The day of the funeral was exceptionally challenging, yet funeral assistants Jose and another gentleman—whose name I cannot remember—provided remarkable professionalism and support. They treated all the guests with kindness, and I will update my review once I obtain their names, as they deserve recognition for their exemplary service.
I must commend them for the care they showed my mother; it felt as if she were their own family. My family and friends were profoundly moved by how beautiful my mother looked at the services. The mortician, who is also a family member, possesses a truly divine gift.
I cannot express enough gratitude for the send-off they provided. Ralph, thank you for your assistance during this difficult time. I wholeheartedly recommend Sisto Funeral Home to anyone faced with the daunting task of selecting a funeral home for their loved ones, as it will undoubtedly alleviate some of the burdens during a challenging period. Thank you once again, Sisto Funeral Home.“

In one of the most difficult times of my life, I found immense comfort and support through the exceptional service provided by Coppola-Migliore Funeral Home. I am deeply grateful, especially to Elizabeth Botti , the Funeral Professional, whose professionalism, empathy, and genuine kindness were evident from our very first conversation.

3808 Ditmars Blvd, Astoria“We are from the island of Cyprus. We are Greek Cypriots. Our 15 year old niece was battling a 2 year fight with Brain cancer. We brought her to NYC for treatment. Since it had progressed too far she sadly passed away. We were devastated—coupled by grief and confusion about how to get her body back to Cyprus in a timely fashion.
Gus and John at Ferenga Funeral Home lead us along the way They told us exactly what needed to be done. They helped us with the choosing of the casket. Told us what they needed to fix Sofias body up. They arranged local and federal documents as well as international documentation regarding crating and transporting. They also arranged airline transportation back to Cyprus
They were hasty and very professional. We spoke daily about the progress. They gave us a very good price. The process was completed. in less than a week when it should have easily taken two.
The whole process was made so much easier than we could imagine.
We are indebted to these very kind and compassionate people.
Sincerely
Michelle Gould.“

1097 Hempstead Turnpike, Franklin Square“There are simply no words that can fully capture the heartbreak our family has endured — losing our three precious infant boys, Dominic Michael, Luca Martin, and Anthony Joseph, has been the most tragic and painful experience of our lives. But even in our darkest hour, Krauss Funeral Home stood by us with unwavering compassion, grace, and dignity.
We have trusted Krauss in the past, but nothing could have prepared us for this. Dominic and Luca were laid to rest together on March 24, 2025, and our sweet Anthony followed on April 16, 2025. Through it all, the staff at Krauss treated our family not just as clients, but as if we were their own.
They handled every detail with care, allowing us the space to grieve while making sure everything was done with the utmost respect. They were patient, kind, and answered every phone call with genuine warmth — never rushing us, always listening.
In a time where everything felt shattered, their support helped hold us together. We are forever grateful for their compassion and the love they showed to our boys and our entire family. Thank you, Krauss Funeral Home, from the bottom of our hearts.“
