Came in for an appointment as oer my primary care physician who insisted that i visit them. This was just a check up anf follow up for my keloids. I met with Dr phoebe Tam, who was very caring and engaging. Theu did a skin check up for cancers, moles and any abnormalities. All went well but they did recommend either laser treatment for my sun spots or to use a chemical treatment. By the way neither treatments are covereded by my insurance. I am currently looking at the chemical treatment as it would be the least expensive. I was advise to look into using silicone scar sheets for my skin. Oversll it was a very thorough examination. Parking was very difficult, we had to oark like 3 bloxks away from the main street.
I am a student doing SAT prep here. I learned a lot from this place in less than two months. My understanding of grammar and other SAT subjects improved. The staff is friendly and good at explaining.

I made a visit to Gaon today after experiencing terrible shoulder pain for couple of days. I had an incredible time at the office. Everyone was so kind and personable.Dr. Romeo was very communicative and explained each step of the way to make sure I knew what he was doing.The Acupuncturist was also gentle and informative.And the therapist definitely eased my muscle pain.Highly recommended :)

I originally visited for a root touch-up and color correction. To cut to the chase, I was satisfied with both the price and the results.
I wanted hair like Blackpink’s Rosé, but the stylists in my area seemed to have a poor understanding of Asian hair. The initial estimate was completely different from what I ended up paying, and my hair came out way too brassy. When they told me I’d need to come back for another session because it couldn’t be done in one go, I lost trust and decided to go to a Korean-owned salon instead.
My stylist was Yeji. She was very calm and straightforward, explaining from the beginning what was possible and what wasn’t to achieve the Rosé look I wanted. She also gave me a clear and honest estimate, which made me feel confident in her. In the end, I couldn’t do the root touch-up because my roots were too short—she explained that at least 2 inches of growth is necessary to minimize damage. So, we focused solely on color correction.
We did about two rounds of bleaching, and for the parts that didn’t lighten enough, she used painting techniques to adjust the color. She didn’t even use toner, so the final cost ended up being lower than the original estimate, which was a pleasant surprise. The entire process took about three hours, and she even finished by styling my hair with a curling iron. I’ll definitely come back here for my root touch-up next time.
One small downside was the front desk staff. They seemed a bit cold when answering the phone or greeting customers, but I noticed they were friendly and warm with regulars. Oh, and one last tip—if you’re coming from Manhattan, taking the MTA to Bayside Station is much faster and more convenient.
This 5 star is for Lenny. Great service for my son (3yr old). He is very attentive and caring with children. Price is a bit on the high end but definitely worth it since my son does not like getting haircuts.

Very satisfied with my visit today. I made a last minute appointment and they were able to accommodate me right away. I also had very weak lashes after having lash extensions for a while from another place. I originally asked for mink, but my lashes were too weak for it. I was recommended to switch to premium silk and glad that I did. When I opened my eyes, I was so happy with the result!

I had a great experience at this office. I started with neck and back pain and esophagus spasms. After 3 months of consistent treatment I feel tremendous relief. Dr. Klepper is by far the best chiropractor I've been to. I have a lower back problem and didn't get relief from other chiropractors. I was about to go to a surgeon but decided to try one more chiropractor. So glad I did! I have not had surgery to date, and I've been seeing him 3+ years. If I need him, he will make himself available, even on weekends if possible. He does not rush through a visit but instead spends plenty of time on therapies, modalities, stretching the muscles, and the adjustment. He sent me home with exercises and a regimen, and I've been doing well since. Go to him...he will meet your expectations and then some!

9 months later and still loving this place! My skin!! My skin looks better than it did 1 year ago. No joke, I get stopped and told my skin is amazing and it's thanks to Dr Leo and the staff here.

I am currently getting physical therapy for reverse shoulder replacement. Dr. Mohammed at PT Doc has been assigned to me. During my initial visit Dr. Mohammed spent over an hour asking me questions about my shoulder and why I decided to have this operation. He analyzed my answers and my doctor’s report and came up with a treatment plan for my shoulder. Dr Mohammed has instructed Jin, at times to give me therapy. Jin is a student from Colombia University. He is a good listener and has assisted Dr Mohammed in giving me my therapy. I am very pleased with my progress thus far. I am feeling so much better since I started my therapy that I know that when my therapies come to an end i will be feeling up to par with with my “good” arm!!

Recently, I had a foot injury where I could barely extend my foot without major pain. After working with Dr. PJ, I was able to reach full mobility with little to no discomfort in just a few short weeks. The front desk staff are so lovely- they were very accommodating with my schedule and understanding when I had to reschedule an appointment. They were attentive and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I can't thank them enough for getting me back on my feet (literally)! Dr. PJ is an amazing doctor and you will be well taken care of, guaranteed!! :)

I called Dr. Shin because I was having digestive issues. I couldn’t eat. Anything I ate caused bloating and pain in my stomach, which was also causing anxiety. My GI appt was still a week away and I needed relief now. Dr. Shin was very compassionate in hearing my issues. I’m at Bay Terrace all the time. The location is great. It’s so easy to find parking which is always a bonus in Bayside. When I walked in, the office was nice, clean, and inviting. There was calm music playing. Dr. Shin asked me to fill out some forms. She was very thorough in reviewing them and asked me a few questions to gain some clarity on how to help me best. I’ve only done acupuncture a couple of times before, and Dr. Shin seemed more attentive to my issues and thorough. After gently placing the needles, she turned down the lights and checked on me every once in a while to see how I was doing. After my visit, I was able to eat more without pain or anxiety. It felt so good to finally have some relief. I did see my GI specialist after my visit with Dr. Shin and found out I was having an IBS flare. I never had IBS before. I would definitely go back to Dr. Shin again, and would recommend her friends and family.
