I had a great experience during my SkinPen treatment. Emily was very kind and professional and made me feel comfortable from the start. She clearly explained all of the pre-care and post-care instructions, which I really appreciated. The treatment was done by Leo, who was also excellent — very professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout the procedure.
