Kitchens by Oaks remodeled our kitchen 4 years ago. They did an awesome job! We loved our new kitchen so much that we called KBO again to remodel our three bathrooms. Our master bath is complete and I am in love with everything. The kids bath is complete and my college kids are loving the transformation. We have one more bathroom to go and I am looking forward to that transformation as well. Diane Coleman deserves a shout out because she personally worked with us to make sure we explored all of our options. Trey, Shane and Hector all deserve a mention because of their professional work. We just got our furnace replaced and added an A/C unit. Chadd came out and quoted us, answered all our questions and was flexible with our time. Sent Levi out on the date we agreed, then he and Josh came out and made it a team effort. Everyone was kind, courteous and got the job done. Even had a minor problem same night. Levi was here the next day to repair. Great guys, great team!! Would highly recommend!!
Scalias was above and beyond. Called them after getting a quote for $2,900 for a simple water heater replacement. Scalias quoted $1,500 and was true to the quote. They even checked out the other lines in my basement and let me know they looked good and gave other advice for the plumbing as my house is on the older side. Highly recommend!
I wanted to take a moment to thank you guys for stepping in and rectifying a situation so quickly. I'm so grateful to both companies for working together to make sure my mother was safe. We are incredibly impressed with how you responded to a mistake and handled it with such grace and did everything to make it right. All of us are so thankful the leak was caught. Just had Jason out from Turnbull to fix a problem with our furnace and am totally satisfied and impressed with his work, knowledge and personality. Great guy to deal with. Looking forward to our next visit from Turnbull because of Jason and what he brings to the table.

I came in for my appointment to a picture drawn up that exceeded my expectations. The line work is incredible and I love the detail. Heather was recommended by a friend and I’m glad she was! I’ll definitely go back!

Had appointment with Brie D. to refresh my much shorter (just below the shoulder) cut from last visit. Brie always asks the right questions about how the haircut is working out, and revises it accordingly. This visit she added slight side bangs to take some bulk off the problem area. It is working out very well! She is always a joy to chat with, so cheerful and professional! I enjoyed a glass of champagne while she worked - BONUS! I always love going to Meraki. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable.

Brandon has been the best barber i’ve gone to in a long time and the only one I’ll go to. I have some crazy hair and don’t always keep up with regular cuts but nevertheless Brandon performs magic again and again. Fantastic barber!

Jay is the best! He fit us in on a Saturday afternoon and gave my son the absolute best haircut he has ever had!! Jay listened to what my son wanted and he executed it perfectly! We will definitely be coming back!

First time and I will definitely go back while I'm home this summer! Very clean, polite, comfortable. Great price for basic pedicure but you can add on to the basic. I think my guy's name was Taki ☺ 5 stars!

Staff was super super nice. Nails turned out perfect! And sometimes when I get my nail done the curing lights hurt but this did not! Someone started my acrylics but when I showed him the design I wanted he asked someone else to do it because it was too complicated and to me that was better than him just doing a bad job and leaving it like that. The lady who did the design on my nails was amazing as well! Would definitely go back again the next time I’m in town

I have been having my nails done at bl nail salon since they originally opened in Batavia as the location was very convenient for me. They have always been friendly and honest about availability. Yes, they do recommend the gel polish but my mother has had their regular polish for pedicures and it stays on for months so you do not need to feel obligated to have the gel. The background ambiance in the salon varies - I’ve been in with music playing and I’ve been in while the news was on it varies depending on the time of day and the salon owner’s preferences but that isn’t something that I’m concerned about because I feel that I am receiving a quality service
Went into Jagged Edge Salon. Just moved to Batavia, was met by this most Beautiful person Hannah. She was professional helped me choose my stylist and we made an appointment. She got me in within 2 days with a extraordinary Master Stylist, Lisa. Well let me tell you. It was an amazing experience. I arrived, the place was a flurry, washing, cutting, blow drying thought I was with Zohan🤣 It was fabulous, all the girls jumped in made me feel welcomed. Best of all... looking at my hair in the mirror like I just got engaged🥰 Now that's a good service! Keep up the good work. Highly recommended!
The chiropractor suggested my granddaughter get a deep tissue massage to work out some issues she was having with her hip. Kayla was fantastic. She was very accommodating, super friendly, and massaged the problem area. Will definitely be going back.

Very welcoming and funny this guy put up with me my breaks (multiple breaks during the session) and shakes for my back piece of bat/dragon bone wings and he did amazing and overall very funny but made sure I was okay and helped me tough it out and only charged $500 but I paid $700 as a thank you and he deserved it thank you so much!!

I recently contracted with Hometown Solutions to renovate my main bathroom. It was completely gutted and rebuilt. However, it became a more complicated project than originally planned. However, Chad and Alex handled everything very professionally that resulted in both a beautiful bathroom with improved structural integrity.

I just had my first massage with Renee and it was great! Her space is very warm, cozy and relaxing. I felt very at ease and in good hands! She listened attentively to my areas of pain/concern and spent time working through knots in those areas thoroughly. I will definitely be back for another massage!

Cheryl is an amazing therapist who also worked in the medical field outside of massage therapy which plays a huge role into why I feel she has helped me with my back pain.Very nice person as well and everything is always clean.5 star service and a 5 star person.
