I wanted to take a moment to thank you guys for stepping in and rectifying a situation so quickly. I'm so grateful to both companies for working together to make sure my mother was safe. We are incredibly impressed with how you responded to a mistake and handled it with such grace and did everything to make it right. All of us are so thankful the leak was caught. I will be coming to you for all plumbing needs and a huge thank you from my mother, brother and I.
I didn't have work done by them but Laurie did try to contact the landlord on my behalf. She was great and very responsive. My landlord used a company he had dealt with before.
I love Laurie who answers the phone along with the plumbers. We had an issue that they couldn't fit in so they directed me to another plumber who was able to come that day. Such a great staff!!
