I use their Batavia location exclusively. Kind, compassionate office personnel and knowledgeable medical staff who have a great rapport with the animals. We have been there for routine care as well as serious injury and have always received prompt and appropriate care. I recommend them to everyone I know who needs veterinary services.
They take good care of my 3 dogs and are very thorough taking time to answer my questions and listen to my concerns. They have lots of veterinarians there and everyone I have worked with has been a pleasure.
Had to bring my dog in for an emergency visit and the office staff and doctor were very kind and sympathetic since we had to put our dog down. They got us in right away and helped us through a very difficult time.
