Just had Jason out from Turnbull to fix a problem with our furnace and am totally satisfied and impressed with his work, knowledge and personality. Great guy to deal with. Looking forward to our next visit from Turnbull because of Jason and what he brings to the table.
I will say that Turnbull heating and cooling was absolutely fantastic. The technician Brandon was amazing. He was kind enough to take pictures of the work. He had done on my furnace and explain the repairs to me and maintenance. Also, he did not try to sell me products that I did not need. He also discussed preventative future maintenance and the program that Turnbull offers to pre-pay some of that future maintenance through their comfort program in my case that is money well spent. Anytime I have called them, the office staff has always been super nice, helpful and professional. I had an issue a while back and needed to wait to hear back about a part. They called to let me know they hadn't forgotten me, just still waiting on an answer from the manufacturer. Some places will just leave you hanging.
