They have been very good to us and our cats. We have indoor pet cats, and barn cats, and are very understanding if we can't catch an outdoor cat for it's appt.
We've also have used them for end of life services. They are very respectful, and supportive.
Laurie is terrific with all pets and treats everyone like a true professional. Our temperamental cat just loves her. Unfortunately, she is in such high demand that she no longer takes new customers.
