“My guinea pig started showing signs of an upper respiratory infection Friday night- anyone who knows guinea pigs they can decline pretty quickly. Being new to the area I did not know a vet that would see Teddy. This vet office is amazing. They got me in on a Saturday. They treated my little guy well and got him medicine. The vet was amazing and walked us through everything. Will definitely bring returning to this vet!“

“I had the wonderful experience of going to Cornerstone Veterinarian Hospital today with my 15-year-old Shih Tzu. From the extremely kind and caring staff at the front desk to the wonderful smell of the facility everything was top-notch. I would recommend this facility 100% to everyone! Prices were reasonable. “This is by far the best vet in the area for your pup or pet. My wife and I have a 5.5 year old long haired chihuahua and he is our world. For the past 4 years mandak has been our primary vet and over that time we have had some scares with our little guys heath. The staff here always makes us feel at home, always gets us in ASAP and always, ALWAYS takes care of our baby with the best care possible. I want to say thank you for being awesome at your job guys and we love that take such good care of our boy. Highly recommend bringing your fur baby here!! It doesn't matter what breed of cat or dog you may have they alway treat them with respect and understanding. “Dr. Johnson is phenomenal! We brought our dog here concerned about a growing skin tag, and she answered all of our questions. After we had surgery to remove it, I brought up other non-related concerns and she patiently answered and informed me. She's knowledgeable, friendly, and it's apparent she loves her job. “My family have been clients of the Haven Animal Hospital in Malta, New York since 1994. They have been there for us every way that counts. We board our dogs there, they do annual physicals for all of our dogs and cats, they have been there for some very tough diagnosis and, unfortunately, have been there for us when we needed to make humane decisions for our pets. From the front desk, the vet techs and Dr. T herself, we have always been treated with kindness, compassion and respect. I've recommended friends to Dr. T and family members. Dr. T will not order unnecessary tests and she refers you to specialists when appropriate. I can't say enough good things about this business.“

“The vets and assistants are all amazing here. They are friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell they really care about the horses. I wish they treated humans because I would switch myself. The only thing I really dislike is the service agreement where they require a credit card on file and make you pay a deposit for a simple on-farm service call. We've been clients for over 5 years and have never paid a bill late and then they implemented this new policy. The attitude of people enforcing the policy is way over the top. I accidentally typed a credit card number wrong so the deposit was declined and the interaction was very pushy and adversarial like I was some type of deadbeat on the phone with a debt collector. I can't say this left a good impression on me AT ALL. I know the policy isn't the staff member's fault, but frankly, this policy stinks and treats all customers like would be deadbeats that don't pay their bills or something and I'm not very happy with it.“

“The staff at AVC are incredibly compassionate and professional. Today we unfortunately received grave news about our boy, Jackson. Hearing that our boy needed to be euthanized due to a tumor is not the news we were hoping for with such short notice. However, considering the circumstances.. my husband and I could not have asked for a better experience. From being able to enter through a separate entrance, to being taken to a calm and quiet environment.. the process of saying goodbye to our boy was as peaceful as possible. Jackson was content and comfortable throughout the whole process and that’s all we could ask for. “I am more than happy with the care we received from Holistic Veterinary Center. We started to worry when Casper, our cat, began laying around for hours at a time, very low energy or motivation. Lethargic, essentially.. She stopped playing with us, her toys or her sister. This was very out of character so we knew something was wrong. We scheduled a visit to bring her in. The appointment only took ~30 mins - 1 hour. She was given an acupuncture treatment, an herbal medication, had bloodwork and other holistic therapies done. After bringing Casper home, literally WITHIN AN HOUR she was full of energy, running around with her sister and playfully swatting at our dog (like she always does..?) It was incredible.. I really couldn't believe it to be honest. Dr. Scerba is truly a veterinary magician.. her staff is helpful and friendly also. I had a wonderful experience, as I know my cat did, and I would recommend HVC to ANYONE!!?“
