I’ve been to this location several times with different issues, and every single time he’s gone above and beyond to help. His skill set is impressive, but what really stands out is his customer service. He takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure everything is taken care of the right way.
I work in customer service myself with Orkin, so I deal with a lot of people and a lot of problems. Because of that, I recognize when someone truly knows how to take care of customers, and Timothy is one of those rare people.
