Overall an excellent experience. The staff was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr. Romaine did a thorough eye exam and identified an issue with one of my eyes and made a referral to an opthamologist. The store manager was very helpful with my frame selections and dealing with an insurance issue I had. Albert, one of the associates was very accommodating he took the extra time to find additional promos to help reduce the final cost of my glasses. Excellent personal service!

I have been a customer/ patient at VisionWorks in Farmingdale for a few years now.I will state right up front, if you need glasses this is the place to go !The staff is absolutely incredible. Friendly, informative and very knowledgeable on your benefits and what your plan will cover from a cost standpoint.Janine especially has great knowledge on plans and can answer any question you may have as well as possessing a wonderful personality.Albert is just a nice and friendly young man and very thorough and conscientious.Finally, Ryan is outstanding in fitting your frames and lenses properly.
