Extremely rude staff who works at the register. Horrible customer service- hangs up on you and any questions are brushed off in such a rude and condescending manner possible. Apalled at how they run their business...

Horrible service, I have been going to this dry cleaners for a few years and it has gradually gone down in service. They recently lost a hoodie of one of my jackets, and instead of admitting they lost the item they are trying to put it on me. Their response while rolling their eyes was “we never lose anything.” Instead of taking responsibility maybe offering a free service for the inconvenience they just basically don’t care. I am leaving the review as a warning do not go to them and use one of the other 5 dry cleaners in the 5 block radius.

Promised to have two blazers altered by Saturday at noon. Come to pick them up on Saturday at 1pm and they weren’t even touched. They offered to do it in a couple of hours, but the tailor wasn’t there. I wish they would’ve communicated that it wouldn’t be ready on time (for a wedding!!!) and they shouldn’t have promised it would be ready when it was never done. Totally unprofessional and do not recommend.Service: Alterations
