“Ashley, Anna, and Brittany are absolutely amazing! I first starting to Ideal Image at 8120 Transit Road in Amherst NY about a month ago. My first appointment was for botox and now I just walkeeld out from my first every lip filler appointment .
As soon as I walked in Ashley was so professional but very sweet and kind. I can tell Ashley really goes over and beyond for all customers at this location. Ashley has this positive energy that makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable. Ashley also, really explains all the financial parts as well as any promotional events they are having.

Anna and Brittany performed the cosmetic procedure and both women made me feel so confident before and after. All the women were excellent at explaining each procedure. They were great at giving all the information that I needed.

I love my confidence as I left today. The woman who work at ideal image in buffalo are top notch. Between their grest prices, flexible schedule and hospitality during visits. Ideal Image in Amherst NY is now my go to place for all cosmetic procedures.“

“The staff is always friendly and professional. Procedures are expensive and when they work they're great, but when they don't in my case it's an awful lot of money to spend. At first I thought the filler softened the line around my mouth but as time goes on there's not much change in when I first went in. However, I would still recommend them if you have a simpler procedure that fillers could handle.“

“I had a magical and wonderful experience for my first float here. Matthew was a great host and took care of making sure I felt safe and comfortable. The space itself was extremely calming upon entering with incense and crystals on display, creating a zen atmosphere. The float room was extremely clean and the special lighting was so calming. The 90 minute float was perfect for my first time, even though at first I was nervous it would be too long. It went by so fast I could’ve stayed floating for another hour! Afterwards I felt like I was floating and super light, like all the heaviness drained out of me. Highly recommend as a tool over time for nervous system regulation. Thank you Matthew! ?“

“Love Dr. Jack and his wife too. My visits always start with great conversations and catching up. He reviews my labs thoroughly as well as asks questions regarding how I actually feel. Labs do not always tell the whole story when it comes to Menopause. It is very hard to find a doctor who will even treat menopause symptoms. I feel so much better with BHRT, good bye night sweats.“

“This was one of the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience I've ever had! I have many health issues ( spinal stenosis of the vertebrae and lumbar, degenerative disc disease, stage 3 kidney disease, osteo arthritis, muscle and nerve damage.) When you are floating it takes ALL pain away and lasted beyond the float for over a week. Sara the owner is extremely knowledgeable on this system and her facility is amazing. I would recommend the infrared sauna before the float because it relaxes your muscles for an even better experience. I also get massages monthly however, they hurt sometimes during and after so I will be replacing it with the Float Spa as there is no pain at all. Everyone deserves to try this Awesome Float!“
