Great 1st impression as the pretty front desk receptionist whom was very kind with a great personality and non judgmental when asking for a photo before being seen.

I was obviously nervous being a new client for being judged on my awful red rosacea skin condition. I learned it was even worse than I expected when the scan they showed me how deep the skin issue was. Like holy wow GOD awful. 😞
Dr. B was genuine showing me what I already knew but I had no idea how bad my condition was. Instead of making me upset, she was compassionate and empathizing when I expected arrogance/ haughtiness.
She genuinely discussed honest treatments that will work for me after I told her I lost over 2 grand on 2 laser treatments for this issue 3 years ago at another local facility that did nothing for my condition.

“Jordanis very professional and personable.She guided me my first ever botox treatments. She explained how the treatments worked. She provided me with reasonable expectations regarding the results. The skin laxity at my nasal bridge I think called the glabella has been challenging to get rid of. Jordan explained why and gave me a higher dose injection than previously. My fiancé had a mistake on his arm sleeve, and Monica was able to remove the mistake in just one sessions. The transformation if incredibly to experience. The atmosphere and client care is spectacular. Throughout the session she made sure my fiancé was comfortable and consistently made sure the process of the total removal was smooth for my fiancé. If you have a pesky mistake on your tattoo that is just not aesthetically pleasing to the eye or you just want to remove an unwanted tattoo then I highly recommend Monica & her tattoo removal specialists!
