Ashley, Anna, and Brittany are absolutely amazing! I first starting to Ideal Image at 8120 Transit Road in Amherst NY about a month ago. My first appointment was for botox and now I just walkeeld out from my first every lip filler appointment .
As soon as I walked in Ashley was so professional but very sweet and kind. I can tell Ashley really goes over and beyond for all customers at this location. Ashley has this positive energy that makes you feel very welcomed and comfortable. Ashley also, really explains all the financial parts as well as any promotional events they are having.

I had my 3rd or so cool sculpting sesh and it was great. Already seeing results even though it can take up to 3 months for full-effect. The technician, Megan is knowledeable and kind and I have full faith in her abilities. Try it out!
Have had 3 appts thus far with Meagan. I cannot say enough about the care and professionalism of everyone from the site manager, Ashley, to Meagan, just one of the clinical nurses who performs the procedures, to their scheduling/support staff. I highly recommend this location and have been very pleased with my results thus far.
