Great 1st impression as the pretty front desk receptionist whom was very kind with a great personality and non judgmental when asking for a photo before being seen.

I was obviously nervous being a new client for being judged on my awful red rosacea skin condition. I learned it was even worse than I expected when the scan they showed me how deep the skin issue was. Like holy wow GOD awful. 😞
Dr. B was genuine showing me what I already knew but I had no idea how bad my condition was. Instead of making me upset, she was compassionate and empathizing when I expected arrogance/ haughtiness.
She genuinely discussed honest treatments that will work for me after I told her I lost over 2 grand on 2 laser treatments for this issue 3 years ago at another local facility that did nothing for my condition.

“Jordanis very professional and personable.She guided me my first ever botox treatments. She explained how the treatments worked. She provided me with reasonable expectations regarding the results. The skin laxity at my nasal bridge I think called the glabella has been challenging to get rid of. Jordan explained why and gave me a higher dose injection than previously. “What a calming and beautiful studio! I went on a snowy day but the driveway, parking lot, and walkway were plowed allowing for easy and safe access (no small feat this time of year).

Once inside the aesthetic was so soothing and beautiful. Natural colors but with lots of character including comfy slip ons so I didn't have to walk around in my sloppy boots.

The room itself was cozy and warm and my massage with Yoshi was fantastic.

As a breast cancer survivor it is so incredible to have local therapists who cannot only give a great massage but are trained to work with my needs safely and effectively.

And as an oncology massage and lymphatic drainage therapist myself, I can honestly say that Yoshie has a real gift for her work. Her touch is gentle but sure and her presence is caring and warm.

She listened to my needs and gave a massage that met them. I will definitely be back and will happily be referring clients her way when I can!
