With the recent big storm and subsequent power outages, the furnace in our home would not turn on. After calling 3 other local companies for emergency service, Michael's was the only one who could provide same day service. I was so grateful as the heat was completely not working and it was still cold and snowing. In spite of the bad weather and very busy day, Mike from Michael's came and fixed the furnace so quickly. Nobody likes having to call a plumber but things do wear out. When my water heater began to leak, I called Michael's (a recommendation from one of their "former employees ") from my first call to the installation completion, I experienced nothing but a positive, professional experience. Job well done.
It's nice to have a bathroom again. MPHA did a great job, they were flexible, and they reset the toilet three times when they didn't have to. All in all, I really appreciate the hard work.
