I made an appointment and was seen quickly after my arrival. X-rays were taken and the APN saw me and said I would be given a referral to an Orthopedic Doc. The assistant then wrapped my knee w/an ace bandage and I was on my way.
Staff medical assistant & provider was wonderful. The front office staff more worried about collecting payment than I was bleeding on the floor. I had forgotten my wallet due to what happened and she was irritated that I had everything digitally not that I didn’t have it just that it was digital
I’m a little bias I work for Northern but being a patient. It was really helpful. We were there for about 20 min. Got everything I needed even for my prescription within 20 minutes. Thank you for helping a fellow worker. I felt better just knowing right away what I had. Within seconds of my NP checking out what she needed to. She’s like “oh yeah you have this and take this and that.” Very sweet didn’t feel awkward at all. So professional even the MAs who checked us in and out. I appreciate your help. Thank you.
