The doctor and nursing staff were excellent, no complaints.However, I think their front of house staff could use some improvement. After making an online appointment and filling out several pages of information including uploading ID, I had to endure the third degree and being treated like an idiot. I get that healthcare can be complicated and many folks don't understand the system or follow instructions. However, that doesn't give a staff person the right to assume I know nothing/did nothing required. And if the staff is simply going to make you go through all of the information again, don't waste my time by making me fill out online forms. There is a respectful way...read full review

urgent care is great. if you go to Northern Nv sierra on lonely lane the ICU was wonderful with my significant other. He had open heart surgery with triple aaa torn arteries and had them grafted. then two weeks later had his leg amputated. still today might lose a toe on his left foot. still getting therapy but is better off at home. He hated the rehab that he was in because we had united as a primary from work through cornea plan. The worst. out of pocket terrible. Prominence insurance was better to have as primary. we cancelled united corbra through work. otherwise he could not get a coverage for his permanent leg. nobody knows how to bill two insurances and billing...read full review

It was very nice and clean. Several people tried to walk-in and they had to wait an hour or more. We had made an appt that morning for 2pm and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. The appt was for my 6 yr old and they were great with him.
