I don’t normally take times to write reviews, but the doctor was very nice and informative. The real reason I am writing this review is because of the young lady that helped me check in. What could’ve been a very negative experience was an extremely positive experience. My insurance company booked my appointment for me back in February and they sent me an email that it was today July 23 and actually it should’ve been last month June 23. The young lady at the front desk not only helped me reschedule and got me in immediately. She helped me reschedule for my husband reschedule as well.

I've had great care twice at St Mary's ER to get my prescriptions before I had Dr Baldo as my primary doctor. Thank you all at the ER! It couldn't have been better. My first visit with doctor Baldo was challenging because it was 12 miles from my apartment and snowing. I didn't know where I was going and almost out of gas in my RAV4. A man standing in the parking lot helped me through the snow to the front door. He had a sign looking for help. I felt really bad that I couldn't help him. Dr Baldo once I arrived was very helpful respectful to my health concerns. I have a lot of respect for St Mary's and Dr Baldo and most of all United healthcare for hooking me up.
