So, I know that there are many bad reviews on here but I feel like the reason the rating for Ribeiro Co is not higher is because many people who have had pleasant experiences with this company haven’t wrote a review or never did. As a (small) business owner, I understand that people are willing to write bad reviews over good reviews. With that said, I would love to rate this company, Autumn, and Danelle more than 5 stars. They have been amazing during our time as renters. We first met Autumn to potentially rent a flex space and she was very respectful and answered all our questions. I inquired about leasing one of the units they had listed online. It only had one photo of the exterior of the building, and that seemed dated. The description simply said it was a desirable warehouse space with a small office and a private restroom. It took almost a week of emailing and calling to get a response - which was by email. Communication through email was okay. I told them I was interested in a space for storing personal vehicles and starting a screen printing business. We arrived at the location and found it to be an okay space - but the description was not accurate. The price was $35 more than what was online and the unit had no office space.
